1. Processing & Custom Dispatch Timelines

Every jersey undergoes rigorous inspection and secure packaging prior to shipment:

• Standard Fan-Edition Apparel: Processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Custom Stitched Jerseys: Personalized jerseys featuring custom names or numbers require an additional 1–3 business days for precision tackle-twill embroidery.

Note: Order confirmation emails are dispatched immediately upon checkout. You will receive a separate shipping notification containing your live tracking number once your parcel leaves our fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds

We provide clear, upfront shipping fees with no hidden costs at checkout:

Transit times are estimated based on standard postal delivery services (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.) and begin from the date of dispatch.

3. Real-Time Tracking & Shipping Protection

Once dispatched, a live tracking link will be emailed automatically. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on postal carrier systems.

Shipping Protection & Transit Insurance: You can select Shipping Protection & Delivery Insurance at checkout. This service fully protects your package against loss, theft, or transit damage, qualifying your order for immediate free replacement or refund.

4. Shipping Destinations & Address Verification

• Covered Regions: We ship extensively across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, and New Zealand.
• PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO: Yes, our postal carriers deliver directly to PO Boxes as well as US APO/FPO military addresses.
• Address Accuracy: Please verify your complete delivery address, apartment number, and zip code prior to checkout. College Fan Kits is not responsible for misdeliveries resulting from customer address entry errors.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

Standard postal shipments to the United States and Canada typically incur no extra import taxes. For European and international orders, any local VAT or customs duties levied by destination border authorities remain the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Address Amendments & Order Cancellations

We process orders rapidly! If you need to update your delivery address or cancel an unfulfilled order, please contact jerseyhelp@outlook.com within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, address details cannot be altered.
